Shifting Love Story: The Park Painting

"The Park" is one of the three paintings in the series "Shifting Love Story", which tells different love scenarios in three geographical locations: San Diego, Barcelona, and Jerusalem. Together, the paintings tell a complete love story, however, its meaning can change depending on the order, in which the paintings are hung. "The Park" shows a woman, who is looking out at the park outside her window in contemplation. As the seasons pass by, she stays inside of herself, absorbed in her loneliness and desperate hope for love. Or, maybe, she has put a pause button on her life, and reminisces about the past, wishing to be as unmovable and proud as the statue that she sees in the distance. *** Говорю себе: да бросай блуждать.
