Nadia Nova is a free self-taught full-time artist. She was born in the beautiful city of St. Petersburg, Russia, in 1983. She moved a lot, living in different places, but most of time lived in Moscow. Nowdays Nadia is living in the small city Pyatigorsk in the Caucasian mountains because she wants to be inspired by beautifull local nature. An economist by education, and by the age of 30 she felt her vocation - to be engaged in creativity and since then has been developing all the time in painting. Quote from the artist: "At the age of 30, I seriously took up meditation, feeling the constantly increasing inner call for spiritual work. Meditation is still the most important, valuable and intimate for me. Since then, the creative flow and craving for painting has grown stronger and stronger, and I am so in love to this magical job! " Nadia is passionate about abstractions, especially emotional ones in the Expressionist style, as well as geometric ones based on sacred geometry. Also creates mandalas with such a pleasure. Nadia prefers to work with acrylics on cotton canvases, sometimes using gems and other materials in mandalas. Nadia strives to fill her paintings with high positive vibrations through the energy of colors and forms, so that they delight their owners and bring harmony to the space.
