Soar Painting

From my latest series called "Silence Between the Noise," these pieces are blends of subtle shades of neutrals and bold pops of color, in an abstract expressionist style. All are 24" x 18" inches (60.96 cm x 45.72 cm) or 18" x 24" (45.72 cm x 60.96) and are acrylics and other mediums on sturdy, 140# watercolor paper that has been primed with professional grade thick & creamy gesso. This series is provacative, colorful and thought-provoking pieces with words etched into the paint. They will be wonderful additions to your home, or perfect for the office or business setting. Paintings from this series are 100% original and made by me with quality materials including Golden, Liquitex and Windsor-Newton acrylic paints; conte pencils; charcoal; graphite; gesso; gel mediums, pastels, and occasionally acrylic markers or metallic gouache. I also finish each painting with an additional 2 coats of protective UV varnish in a satin finish for years and years of viewing pleasure.
