1965 – Eugine Scherban was born in USSR in Dneprodzerzhinsk (Kamenskoe). Awarded by certificate of honor by General – in – chief of Navy fleet of Russian Federation V. Chirkov, - certificate of honor by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Saint – Petersburg, - by big amount of certificates of museums, galleries, etc. Eugine Scherban, is a true adherent of strict classical beauty of the city, in which he started and continues his long creative way. It was Saint – Petersburg where he studied in Art College named after V.Serov, then in Russian Academy of Fine Arts, the faculty of painting, in the workshop of professor P.T.Fomin, where he got necessary knowledge, which gave him the opportunity to form thoroughly his outstanding talent of master of painting.
