Space Painting

.......Space........ Different shining on UV lights or sun? This project was born unplanned because, in the beginning, it was just one-third of the canvas. It was repainted many times all anew in many different methods and using various materials. From the very beginning, I covered linen cloth in black spray paint and started adding details using all kinds of matter such as leather, jeans, and beads. Sounds funny and crazy, but after preparation, I stopped all my work and glazed at this canvas for a week to figure out what‘s now. During this period friends often asked what I see in this piece and they were always left with an unprecise answer but deep inside I felt a strong illogical connection. That day when I started painting time just flew past me like the wind. In the first four hours, I didn't understand what‘s happening with me on this black canvas while battling my inner demons & then angels. I was trying to have it out what is true to me while trying to reject the possibilities to give up but inner strength conquered everything. Remember waking up after eighteen hours of paint session feeling In love, wild & with a free spirit. For this painting, I gave most of myself, and those three weeks of my life were gone in all space together with me. When I shared this project with my closest circle of friends and family, I was in a slight shock and couldn‘t believe how many magic words I‘ve received. Many people who saw this canvas asked me did I do it on my own‘s effort and how. One of those people is a well-known art critic from Chinna. My dad introduced to his good old friend, a famous Lithuanian artist who brought us together with magic woman. Chen Wong, a stunning woman who spent nine years of her life in Milan working with art. For the moment her home country is Lithuania because she fell in love with this country and warm people. Chen was fascinated when she saw my painting and visited my home with curiosity. During her visit, she encouraged me to create more art after seeing my studio with all the scenery inspired by mystical nature. I continued the work with all the tips she had given me because it seemed the painting asked me to be worked on continuously until it's done. When I finished the first piece of this puzzle I understood that It‘s only the beginning of this magical journey. My eyes caught her gaze while the second piece of this trilogy started taking shape and from that moment she left in silence until the morning after I got a text from her. Chen was curious how much time will it take for me to finish this venture because she had a proposal that made me tear up from pure joy and happiness. I doubt that I have ever felt this emotion running through every inch of my body. Chen offered me to take part in her friend's project where only ten Lithuanias had a chance to make an appearance in his book. Well-known French photographer, traveler Frederic & story about His book will be based on the photos of paintings that he preserves in his flash. Full view of this painting unveiled progressively and just after a while, I realized how many paths it had opened in me and my surroundings. It‘s like a painting of life that doesn‘t have precise outset or end of the temporal lobe. Three weeks of endless built-up through hard work and dedication made It all more eye-opening. This project took me three hundred hours or more to complete but unfortunately, I will never know the exact number. After that born again.
