“Stand clear of the closing doors” It's impossible to think of New York without thinking of the subway. And as much as the subway here can be quite chaotic, it takes you very quickly to the best places in the city. You'll never miss an opportunity to come across some new, fun or inspiring story to tell later. The outside paper dimensions are 7 W x 10 H inches, so there is a margin of unpainted watercolor paper around the edges. Brazil
Jessica Yoshino is an exceptionally talented Brazilian watercolor artist. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for capturing the exquisite beauty and profound essence of her surroundings, Jessica's artwork embodies a remarkable realism. Her artistic journey began during her high school years in Brazil, where she immersed herself in the study of drawing. She further honed her artistic skills by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism. Since her relocation to the U.S. in 2020, Jessica has dedicated herself to the mastery of watercolor techniques. She has fervently studied and refined her skills, delving into the intricacies of watercolor painting. Now, in 2024, she is back in Brazil. But, from distance, currently, she is engaged in an enriching academic pursuit at the esteemed New York Botanical Garden, where she is working towards obtaining her certification in Botanical Art and Illustration. Undoubtedly, watercolor remains Jessica's primary medium of choice, allowing her to convey her artistic vision with a unique blend of fluidity and precision.
