Perfection is not what I seek. Perfection is not what I seek. I feel, watch and create. From emotion, a search for what unfolds beneath the surface. Through layered brushstrokes, in oil and mixed media, I capture the tension between control and surrender. Each work arises intuitively, guided more by feeling than by plan, as a way of processing what life leaves behind. From my studio in the Netherlands, I develop a visual language where expressive energy meets quiet stillness.
