Summer girl Painting

The idea behind my painting is that each painting is unique and different. I do not copy my paintings on request. I paint a series of several works in a similar atmosphere. The quintessence of art for me is its uniqueness. I have been painting for over 20 years, when I took my first lessons from an artist known locally in my community, Wacław Pomorski- artist, poet, art teacher and well-known freedom activist during the communist era in the city of Bytów, Poland. Although I was not the best of his honors and I did not stand out with anything special, it was he who instilled in me a constant desire to create, create and express myself through art. The atmosphere of artistic freedom that prevailed in the studio left its mark on further development and the pursuit of self-realization. After many attempts to work in another profession,I finally gave myself up to art and creation as my only way of life. In the last six months, my family and I moved from Poland to Great Britain. Most of my works are in private collections in Poland, Germany, Belgium and the UK. I'm starting my adventure with a gallery like Saatchi to focus more on painting and less on publishing and advertising my work. Until now, clients have been buying my works directly through the social media site. I also worked for a few years painting for orders, but such work was not creative enough for me. I don't focus on one style, on one color, I don't like to be defined, I am constantly looking for a new means of expression and it changes with my age and life experience. My art flows and evolves with me. I often return to female themes, as well as to sea abstractions, referring to nature, the underwater world, the world of the desert or space. Sometimes my works are more minimalist, sometimes rich in golden pigments and lagmetals. Art is freedom, and I consider adherence to one style to be a form of enslavement and labeling. The technique in which I create is media mix. All paintings are made on canvas, the main medium is structural pastes, acrylic, pigments, golden leaves, metallized paints, inks, and pouring media. I use unconventional tools such as sponges, spatulas, fingers ... In my personal and artistic life I always follow one most important principle - I always choose freedom. Freedom to think, realize, create and love.
