Sweet sadness about the past, painted in pink and illuminated by the rays of the summer setting sun is called nostalgia. It is she who awakens in us a special sense of time and place. What can provoke it? A photo in an album? A ticket to the opera? A seashell from the seashore or a memory of your first love? Or maybe the cry of gulls, the sound of an approaching wave, the smell of the coast, the hot sand under your feet, the taste of a cocktail, the sun setting over the horizon, or a hand in hand. Original acrylic painting on canvas. Figurative art. The sides are always a continuation of the picture. This provides a good view of any environment and this makes it possible not to use an additional frame. Signed on front and on the backside. All paintings are ready to hang up on the wall. Pre-packed in bubble wrap for extra protection. Thank you for your stopping by! Artist: Ljubow Jung

Ljubow Jung was born in 1960 in a small picturesque village in Kazakhstan. She mastered her craft at the Moscow University of Arts, Department of Easel Painting and Graphics (1979-1981). She worked as an artist for three years and since then has not picked up a brush for almost forty years. At first she worked as a tailor, and for the last twenty years she has been engaged in correcting the behavior of dogs. In her sixties, she decided to return to art. The viewer feels her special attitude to bright colors from the first moment and feels a tremendous attraction, absorbing the powerful luminosity of the images. Like many artists, Ljubow Jung also processes her emotions and experiences in her paintings and reveals them to the viewer using a magical and sensual manner of writing. She is one of the freethinkers in her industry and does not subscribe to any particular style. This opens up expressive and free approaches to interpretation and creativity that make her paintings a real pleasure. Now she is a member of the National Association of Artists of Germany (BBK).
