THE NOW Painting

The work was inspired by the book "ULYSSES" written by James Joyce. The title of the work is called "THE NOW" The narrative of the painting is inspired by the following words, "HOLD THE NOW, THE HERE, THROUGH WHICH ALL FUTURE PLUNGES TO THE PAST" I hope that my painting has the impact of giving the viewer, as it did me the feeling of totality of his own separateness of his own individuality, defining his own urgency to be in the now and to be be who they really should be. I hope that my work can transcend the issue as South African Painter and i hope that my work can be understood on a universal basis. My style is my integrity, my choice of materials are simplistic and unpretentious ,my subject matter is a organized set of feelings and emotions.My work does not require a object, which represents the well made it just being me in "THE NOW"
