About The Artwork
Having seen the endangered Galapagos tortoises looking so prehistoric, I thought it would be fun to depict them with multi coloured shells to bring a bit of fun to their lives. What truly crusty old animals they are and only a gene or two away from the tortoise I kept as a child. (He had a yellow bow tie painted on his shell at the front so we could see him when he appeared to amble around the garden once more after his winter hibernation)! Ready to hang in your home.
