"Teresa" Painting

My artistic work is influenced by the 20th-century figurative tradition, particularly the Austrian Expressionism of Egon Schiele and Gustav Klimt. I strive to reinterpret and blend these influences with my personal taste, combining them with postmodern techniques such as acrylic, ballpoint pen, charcoal, and watercolor.

My female portraits, in particular, are enigmatic and ambivalent. At first glance, they might seem like portraits of ordinary and reassuring women, but upon closer inspection, one can discover a subtle unease that invites not to stop at the surface but to uncover the charm of a soul that is both sunny and restless. My works, created with techniques like ink, pastel, and ballpoint pen on paper, and acrylic shaded with metallic pigments, aim to provoke thought and emotion in those who observe them.
