The Devils His Father and the Nuns, was practically painted without previous intentions, sketches or whatsoever, simply with a struggling pain of the artist itself. It's about the degradation of religious principles, And about a sinner who becomes a saint. There is biblical representation, a saint, a priest a mother and a child. It is also deeply inspired by the controversial work of Ken Russel, The Devils. Perhaps more Devils-related questions will get more in the way of response. Russell's film was adapted from Aldous Huxley's 1952 non-fiction novel The Devils of Loudon, as well as John Whiting's follow-up 1960 play The Devils. They were all inspired by the notorious case of supposed demonic possession in 17th-century France, in which a charismatic Catholic priest, Urbain Grandier, was accused of bewitching nuns... It is 81 x 116 cm, acrylic on stretched canvas.

France
Living and working in Paris – painter, visual artist, video maker - performer and photographer, I am interested in “Open Work", as a parallel to Ezra Pound’s note that each artist is always a Troubadour. In my approach to visual arts I am combining two different sensibilities. In one hand I am a colorist, filling the void of our perception. On the other hand I explore artistic presentations of philosophical concepts. The dialectics of those two approaches results in never ending process of creation, since, the new technologies, which facilitate "versioning", collaboration and "forking" fit perfectly the concept of Umberto Eco's "open work". To be more specific - art is communication that “happens” more intensively in collaboration, where the “inbetweener” space is established by two or more artists as a declination of rigged by conflits "Friendship Studies". My recent work is based on research considering everything that imply authorship, fragmented or composed, thinking as tinkering, "bricolage" or glitch (as a third author) – the late revealing the unintentional functioning of the brain and the human memory as well as bugged software algorithms and hardware. The language itself, in all its manifestations, took a preponderant place in my visual research. My exploitation of digital technologies is influenced by the possibility of keeping the track of that specific multi layer cooperation, multi level superposition of human and the machine.
