Surrealistic theme ''The dream'' depitcs the feeling of beeing overcome and overwhelmed by the feeling of sleep and the begining of dreaming where the scenes of the dream are starting to apear. Wrapped in a dream. The girl, sound a sleep in her pillow,mouth opet and hair let down is drawn with pencil, as oppose to the entire painting which is made with watercolor, depitcs her as merely a tool, a medium for the dream- a ''real and dull object'' soon to be filled with the colors of the dream.
