About The Artwork
I was inspired to produce 'The Last Supper' before the last general election when I heard the tired old political slogan 'We're all in it Together' too many times. This piece is all about the hypocrisy of the slogan. I always use top quality materials for my artwork, with this piece there is a lot of palette knife work which gives it a lot of rich texture a sculptural effect. There is a lot of symbolism in the piece which I like individual viewers to form there own opinions about. There are biblical & freemasonry symbols amongst others. Most of my artwork is produced with oil paint on canvas because it suits my various styles & is very expressive.
