This piece is part of a series of paintings I started in 2024 about characters who live in a dream who remember that they are asleep. A sort of 21st-century version of Life is a Dream in which ordinary people become aware that they are in a dream, that they are dreamed. “What is this life? Nicasio Torres was born in Las Palmas. He holds a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona (2011) and in Civil Engineering from the University of Las Palmas (2002). Currently, he lives and works in Barcelona as an Illustrator and Drawing Professor.
