About The Artwork

Homelessness and Poverty are the worst, epidemic scale, diseases that our larger United States cities experience. We are without excuse because we do have the resources to resolve the problems, but not the loving kindness, or genuine care to address the issues. America is a wealthy nation. America has become a wasteful nation. We would rather invest in bricks, mortar, gambling, varied currencies, stocks, eateries, amusements and such. The comfort of our beds don't promote our dreaming about persons sleeping on sidewalks, in trash dumpsters, tents in winter, under bridges and porches. The middle class are basic keepers of the economies, contributing against poverty through established charities. Those living paycheck to paycheck appear to be more empathetic, reaching into their meager tills, extending a hand with rolled up monies to those bearing signs, "Homeless and Hungry, Please Help!"

My earliest showing was the December 1-17-2017 Art Hop in Kalamazoo's Public Media Network Suite 300, inside the Epic Center, located at 359 South Kalamazoo Mall. Exceptional hosting, wonderful turnout along with the pleasure of meeting other artists. This was a wonderful inspirational catalyst, firing me up to push forward with my creative artistic gifts, and their associated messages. Most recent show attended :Black Art Center's Art In Bronson Park - Summer 2023, WGVU -Grand Rapids T.V. Interview regarding my art - Fall of 2023.
