About The Artwork

• Since the U.S. does not have a law giving dogs the right to bite, I have created an art to remind Americans that it may be a crime for humans to bite anyone, since a judge can imprison you for breaking the law. • Many years ago, I remember when boxing heavyweight Mike Tyson bit the ear of his opponent Evander. Since the ear did not taste like a burger, he spat the ear in the air. Was Tyson ever served in prison? • In Spain in 2013, a judge sent a man 6 years in prison for repeatedly biting the private part of his wife day and night. • And in New York many years ago, my black labrador bit and killed the chihuahua of my neighbor as it entered my door. I owed the neighbor no money since I wasn’t an insurance company. • In plugging the mouth of the dog in my artwork, I am asking U.S. Congress to make dog owners definitely liable when their pet bites people in public, especially their part I alluded to after paragraph 2.
