Inspired by Robert Frost — Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, And sorry I could not travel both And be one traveler, long I stood And looked down one as far as I could To where it bent in the undergrowth; Then took the other, as just as fair, And having perhaps the better claim, Because it was grassy and wanted wear; Though as for that the passing there Had worn them really about the same, And both that morning equally lay In leaves no step had trodden black. Oh, I kept the first for another day! Yet knowing how way leads on to way, I doubted if I should ever come back. I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I— I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.

Jenny Odom, a.k.a. iggyart, has been a working artist for over 20 years. Her colorful art has ascended in scope and critical acclaim throughout her career, and she has attracted a loyal following of collectors throughout the U.S., and beyond. Her work is primarily one dimensional, using lots of textures and layers to create interest. Subject matter ebbs and flows from whimsical creatures, characters and cityscapes, to dramatic landscapes that are almost a colorfield of light and layers. As well, Jenny has dug into the world of paintings that make a statement, that express an idea, a life change, a loss, a new beginning. Words sometimes end up in her paintings. Intention is important, but letting go of the control is where the real magic begins. A wrong move becomes a right move. Flow and unfold. Jenny creates original artwork, as well as prints available. She also has created a line of clothing and housewares using her colorful images. Jenny now resides in North Georgia Mountains and is working on her hillside studio.
