Art Description

Painting: Acrylic, Oil on Cardboard.

Based on my studies in College of Fine Art of the History of Mesopotamia, a country where I belong to; the Sumerians regarded the universe as consisting of heaven and earth. The Sumerian term for universe is an-ki, which translates to "heaven-earth." Here, in this artwork, I depict a man rooting himself to his -Earth- with multiple legs, and receiving the gift from his God.
