About The Artwork
In this painting you can see a seaside landscape with trees, surfs and a little swimming pool. The little pool with crystal clear water represents the Source. There is one glass bead in the pool that reflects the light. This bead is very delicate and easy to break. So what is the Source then? It is something of a high importance, something fundamental and fragile that needs our care and attention. It’s water and human soul. Acrylic on canvas, finished in May 2019 in Prague, Czech republic. This painting was displayed in June and June 2020 in Dooka gallery in Prague.

In my paintings I like to create sceneries and situations that are partly realistic and partly illusory. I paint places that I "haven't seen yet". I focus on colors and I try to evoke emotions using contrasts, dynamic, intense colors and uncommon color combinations. I often use the brightest tones possible to intensify the visual experience. Travelling and change are my biggest source of inspiration. I love contrasts, new perspectives, diversity, progress. I usually paint at night, while the rest of the world is sleeping.
