About The Artwork
Acrylic painting on pure linen, the side edges are painted in Prussian blue. As a painting technique I chose a Prussian blue underpainting and built on it. A sick man lies in his bed and in his room. There is nothing left for him to do but wait and see inside himself. Everything around him seems quite cozy, so being sick can also be a little romantic.
