About the Artist

Viktoria Dragon

Finland

I am an artist. For more than 25 years, painting has been my compass through the landscapes of emotion, thought, and experience. Through brush and color, I am gifted with an inexhaustible flow of energy — a force I strive to share with my audience sincerely, generously, and with profound gratitude.
In my artistic practice, I often draw upon symbolism, contemplating life and existence, the nature of human emotions, and the subtle interplay between the inner self and the outer world. It is essential for me not only to observe but also to live through different perspectives — to step into another’s experience and to see beyond the surface of the visible.
My work is deeply rooted in emotion — raw, honest, and intense. Color, texture, and paint serve as my instruments in an ongoing dialogue with the world. I primarily work in oil, occasionally blending it with acrylic to achieve a distinctive voice for each piece.
The use of high-quality materials is a core principle of my practice, ensuring the durability and lasting resonance of each work. In every detail of my art lies a deep commitment to craftsmanship, a reverence for the creative process, and a heartfelt desire to communicate with the viewer in the universal language of beauty and truth.Throughout my artistic journey, I have actively participated in various exhibitions, competitions, and art fairs, continually seeking new opportunities to share my work with a broader audience.
I have had the honor of presenting several solo exhibitions, each offering a personal insight into my creative world. Among them:
Solo Exhibition — Tammisaari, Finland, November 2024
Solo Exhibition — Gallery Theodor, Loviisa, Finland, February 2025

My work has also been recognized and featured in international art competitions:
Golden Time Talent Competition — London, August 2024
Global Time Talent Competition — London, March 2024

Each of these experiences has been invaluable, providing platforms for dialogue, growth, and a deeper connection with the global artistic community.
