About The Artwork
Hi, my name is Ira and this is my new painting "Thunderstorm is coming". The river. The smell of an approaching thunderstorm in the air. ITS cannot be touched, but you can feel it: by the light breeze caressing the skin, by the ringing silence, and by heavy clouds that are sternly coming over the horizon. Nature froze and you feel this anticipation of the fieria. You take out an album of paint and try to catch this moment of silence. Then it seems not enough and you take out pastel acrylic. Color air appears. The work was done on aquiline paper, size 42 by 30 cm. I would be glad if the work responds to you. If you have any questions, I will try to answer with pleasure.
