About The Artwork
I tried to made the water stop and at last I can paint it correctly... All that my Venice trip was as idea to paint some waters and boats and buildings... I was inspired Stan Wilson's Venice series of watercolors and wanted to try my own way. I did not like much crowded touristic places to paint - but in many small cute places is difficult to sit for painting - too narrow streets\bridges, too many people to walk. So when I found that nice embankment with gondolas in Grand canal I decide to try. Its tooks two days and may be ten changed gondolas - and now I know how beautifully they are designed, in every details.
