Universal History Painting

Universal History is the largest and "grandest" painting I have ever approached. It is enormous in size and overwhelming in content. It consists of four equal size parts: Love, People, Games, War. Each part contains 4 canvases making this whole painting 16 canvases 41 1/2 " x 35 1/2" . It took me a year to complete. I have not tried to create The Universal History per say. This is my personal take on the world as I knew it at the time, young ambitious artist. There are celebrities, heroes , tyrants, childhood friends , and things from day -to -day life. This was my very much personal Universal History... Painted on large grain canvas. Exhibited at Ukrainian Art Academy 1994 and Ukrainian National Art Museum 1995
