ABOUT THE ARTWORK
36" x 48" abstract expressionistic painting comprised of acrylic paint applied to two canvases joined together to form the final composition. Inspired by the dynamics of people in relationship and how they both change and remain the same as they share their lives together. The painting has a rich, smooth surface from layers of paint gradually sanded down to achieve burnished glow. The painting continues on sides of gallery wrapped canvas.
