Resilience is something very special. Resilience is a special power of the psyche to endure stress - a pronounced lifelong attitude. A resilient person cannot be thrown off the route by strokes of fate, but quickly gets back onto her/his feet and is as far as possible good with his life as before. I try to accept the things that I cannot change and still keep seeing the sunny sides of life. I turn in this direction and leave the dark sides behind me - even if it is difficult. I carry this characteristic in myself - it always saves me in situations where I have given myself to life and people in my openness and honesty and was disappointed. That is part of life. Only through such experiences and the associated relationships, whether it takes long or short it is not important, I can learn and grow. Therefore I see every experience in my life as positive. Disappointments in life are important to rethink the direction of my own life and change it if necessary so that a new good shining path comes to light! Thank you for reading my thoughts!
