Since 1989, Gerhard Almbauer has exhibited unique oil paintings, water colour paintings, acrylic paintings, and drawings at countless group as well as solo exhibits nationally and internationally. Selected galleries in Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Italy, and Switzerland have presented his extraordinary works of art. Worldwide Art Fairs, also in the US, have shown his creations. His compositions, which have also been inspired by numerous exciting art study trips to Bali, Nepal, and India, have already enriched various public and private collections. Furthermore, Almbauer has been significantly involved in many Art Fairs in Frankfort, Dusseldorf, Munich, Cologne, Innsbruck, etc., and moreover has published many books and catalogues as well as continuous art calendar publications by renowned German publishing house Bertelsmann. Since 1989, management of art seminars all over Europe and Asia have been added to his repertoire, not to mention the co-founding of the KUNSTFABRIK Wien ("Art Factory") in Vienna.
