About The Artwork

We can be heroes III is an expressive painting (acrylics, ink, spray paint, pastels) on high quality canvas. The painting is 120 cm/47,24 in W, 120cm/47,24 in H and 1.5 cm/0.56 in deep. It is varnished for protection against UV light and dust. Ready to hang. It will be sent to you with a signed certificate of authenticity. 'Heroes' is a song by singer-songwriter David Bowie. It was co-written by Bowie and Brian Eno. It was recorded in 1977 at Hansa Studio by the Wall. A product of Bowie's "Berlin" period, the track was not a huge hit in the United Kingdom or the United States after its release, but it has since become one of his signature songs. The song tells the story of two lovers, one from East and one from West Berlin. Bowie's performance of "'Heroes'" on 6 June 1987, at the German Reichstag in West Berlin has been considered a catalyst to the later fall of the Berlin Wall. Following his death in January 2016, the German government thanked Bowie for "helping to bring down the Wall", adding "you are now among Heroes".

The Magic of Childhood: Bea Schubert's Colorful Rebellion against Everyday Life My artistic expression is a passionate rebellion against the dreariness of the everyday, a manifesto for the joy and wonder of childhood. In my works, I unfold a world where lightheartedness and imagination reign, where colors come alive and hope and courage take tangible form. Each of my paintings is an invitation to be swept away by the power of optimism. They are created to uplift and inspire the soul, to not just dream one's own dreams, but to live them boldly. In my works, you will find a colorful oasis that motivates you to write your own unique story. I want you to feel like the hero of your life, surrounded by a world infused with joy, hope, and boundless energy.
