I wanted this piece to feel beautifully loose and organic. I allow the paint do its own thing, giving rise to this free/loose feel. Inspired by my endless love and fascination with space and the Universe. I wanted this to feel like an imaginary, mystical yet peaceful place. Painted from my imagination. The paint is layered softly in glazes, giving a subtle colourful luminance to the piece as the previous layers shine through. Indigo, prussian blue, purple, sage green, pinks, with white soft highlights.
