Women & Childhood Painting

The monumental building vandalism in Mexico under the name of the Feminist Movement during 2020 pandemic, inspired me to choose the white Chiaroscuro to emphasis the Women Value in a peaceful context. I tend to draw women with strong jaw line, projected nose, to emphasize their strength, value, independence, who fight for its rights but not what some projected them as savage irrational & destructive under the mis use of the name of Feminism. Through my exploration of color, texture, use of medical gypsum i tried to create lost memories, struggle, wounds and power as an art expression.
