Wrapped in Silence Painting

We see the soul descending. It spirals down curving into a luminous point. The spiral is formed by varied phases. Luminous, heavy. Symbols are woven in. For example the three horizontal lines depicting the planes of existence. A face of deep wisdom dominates the painting. It's age and venerability contrasts with the fact the soul is just being manifest. The brush in expressionistic fury seems to form a divine eye. Everywhere the oil is scored with feverish mark. Below one sees a laborer carrying the heavy load of the spiral, the weight of existence. A giant fish below is scratched in. It shall swallow the man. Words like I am not a star, I am a butterfly, are scratched in. The painting is both mandala and expressionistic scream.
