Julya Fedotova is an artist from Dzerzhinsk, Russia. After graduating from art school as a child, she entered the Nizhny Novgorod College of Consumer Services, specializing in fashion design. During her studies she mastered fashion drawings, traditions and features of costumes of different epochs and nationalities, participated in fashion shows, won prizes at competitions for young designers in St. Petersburg and Moscow. A few years later she entered the NHLU named after Dobrolyubov in the department "History and Theory of Fine Art", in parallel she worked as a graphic designer. In 2018, Julia switched her attention to contemporary painting, which has always interested her in parallel. Each of Julia's paintings is unique. She conveys the artist's view of the world, a woman's role in this world, her beauty, and grace. At the center of her work is a strong, confident woman who loves life and knows how to enjoy it. Julia paints bright decorative paintings in a mixed style (realism, pop art). With her paintings Julia wants to inspire women, to give them confidence, to let them know how important it is to appreciate and love themselves. Julia has her own studio where she paints and gives painting lessons for children and adults.
