About The Artwork
Just getting my free for all abstract on! I truly love to investigate myself and my world through painting. This piece is coming from a deep expression of who I am. The dark side hanging out with the light side. There is a little steampunk thrown in, but totally unexpected, which gives me pause for introspection. The piece is fun in color and imagination, with the central figure taking flight in a whimsical world of bright orange shapes. its seriously vivid and will take time to see thoroughly, its depth is ever changing and its story never quite revealingbecause its through the imagination of the viewer for a story to be told.

I have grown up in Atlanta where I live now. There seems to be not just a few artist exsintrics in my family and I tend to be that unconventional type myself. I attended scad in the 80s and have a BFA. I have been selling art work sense but really cranked up my game about 15 years ago. I paint or create everyday, it's my life! Being as prolific as I am I enjoy several styles, inpiticularly abstract landscape, large abstract color fields and the heavily textured pieces posted. Though the styles are different they have a drawn from nature aspect and color theme I don't seem to be able to shake. I have sold from many galleries in Atlanta and always sign my name Thomasa Seymour which is the name I go by. I will be posting throughout the year! Thank you so much for your interest!
