hope Painting

My knowledge about climate change brought up the idea of this painting. The intention was to create a play of lights and shadows,a light over anything that portrair the hope ; plants are alive and cling,they squeeze,moves over the death,they fight against it and gives it more shape and meaning. Those two skulls,that areof a cat and of a penguin,pictures the variety of animals that will be hit by extinction,like a common one and the already endangered one;the title should have been 'high extinction rate',but it didn't picture what I really meant.
