• One Night with You • Painting

• Inspired by Elvis’ 1958 hit “One Night with You” that tells the story of a man being “lonely for too long”, I crafted his naked body to compliment the sensuous works made famous by Michaelangelo, Picasso, Dali, da Vinci, and Mondigliani. • For example, when the song’s lyric said “I need your helping hands”, I painted the man totally helpless without an arm and 2 hands. • And when Elvis blurted “my love’s too strong to hide”, my reaction was to be transparent by showing the man’s genital to look like the Rock of Gibraltar. • And if you think that my PG-13 art is obscene and cannot be viewed in the City of Sin, I’ll ask Senator Cruz if he believes that my illustration is salacious. • And in case Facebook censors “One Night with You”, I’ll text Elvis in Heaven to complain, and ask him to meet me at 7-Eleven.
