The steeply sloped road that swoops down the mountain to St-Fabien sur mer in the bas-du-fleuve region, offers one of the most spectacular views of Parc Bic, a Quebec national treasure. I painted this from inside my car, parked on the side of the road while the rain made rivulets that trickled down the inside of my window.
