The photographer generally gathers his working themes under the concepts of "existence and time". She tries to accumulate the "moment of life", that is, "past time" left behind by man by stopping it with the camera. She emphasises the transience of man in this temporal cycle. Everything is about the transience of the "present" in the human story whose end is certain. According to her, the tool that will best understand and express this human story is photography, whose job is to do just that. Dilek Keles started her first photography adventure as a child by shooting with a Canon analogue camera owned by her father. In the process, her interest in photography continued with painting and graphic works. She entered the world of professional photography with her portrait works. She took part in many group exhibitions and won awards. Now, she uses mixed technique as analogue and digital. And she focuses on abstract-experimental styles by using ink technique on post-printing photographs.
