Artifact - Limited Edition of 10 Photograph

I went to school to be a painter. I am still an artist and photography is my medium. My work is inspired by Siskind and Bresson and Brasari. I hope you will be pulled in by the abstraction of the image and engaged by the realism of the scene. The image captured is an urban scene and the second image is of tar on the street and the third image is the texture of the scene. Cincinnati Ohio down town street. I manipulated the image in Light room and added color. I use a Nikon d5300 camera and most of my work is of the Urban nature/Landscapes. I purposely exclude human figures from my work, to open a narrative about the scene.
