A 100+ year old covered bridge on the Grand River. National historic site. Still in use today. Northeastern OHIO USA. The macrolens, even at a distance, captures how nature paints wood over time. It is an intriguing, quieting, lovely, photograph with the subdued strength of a structure that has weathered time and still goes on. Artist hand written mark on lower corner of front. The title, number of the piece, and artist's signature on the back of the photograph. Shipped with a certificate of authenticity limited printing # 5 to 40 available

Art is what makes me whole. I am a sculptor. I use items that others find worthless and transform them into works of art. My sculptures begin with an unusual encounter. I was served a dessert in a simple prepackaged Italian glass container. Since I was in an old pizza place using paper and plastic to service all else, I got curious. The research I did set my imagination into overdrive. I started playing with ideas. This led me to three years of transforming clear ‘dumpster’ glass into sculptures. Three made with simple Italian glass dessert containers. WHY? Is my inspiration.
