The Dalai Lama came to New York to do a lecture. I decided to wait to meet him early in the day before he arrived. I had one of his books and was the only one there. In a while, there were about 30 people waiting to see him. He came in a car with tons of security with him. I was about 100 feet away when I called out to him. He somehow heard my voice and began coming towards me. I captured this amazing image of him as he came towards me. His holiness is a symbol of the good within each of us. I have learned so much from his lessons. This will be signed and numbered 11, by me on the bottom right of the photograph.
