Currently, Preller is working on her Local Map Art Project creating Art Maps. These Art Maps are designed from specific local areas of coastal Maryland and South Carolina. Preller’s photographs local topographic colors and textures. The photographs are digitally integrated into the Art Maps, which makes each map a work of beautiful and uniquely local art.
