About The Artwork

I love blurry images. Something about the mystery they create. This photo was taken with a Voihtlander Brilliant V6 from the 30's. A camera made of Bakelite, which I believe is the first industrial plastic was was used commonly around the world. You might have come across some old Bakelite silverware at your parent's or grandparent's and wondered about what that handle was made from. Now you know. The Voihtlander V6 is a great camera that gives images this great vintage essence without needing to do much digital editing. This image of a Lincoln Continental was just a random coincidence. It is of one of the most beautiful American Cars ever made. Just happen to park right next to it. And although the car was made in the 1960's, the Voihtlander captures it's portrait quite well. Limited Ed. of 25 Archival Print
