About The Artwork
The image is a one-off chemigram, using an analog technique the image is created under daylight light, using colour photographic paper and various chemicals and materials to create an abstract image. The colours are achieved by the different chemical reactions, as various solutions and the chemicals and silver in the paper react and create infinite out comes. The image is copied digitally and then printed on aluminium with really high gloss finish. This brings out the colours and creates a beautiful and stylish final product. The print requires no hanging hardware it is ready to go on the wall. No glass is used, so the print is light and will not get damaged in transit. The image is is inspired by abstract art work, my interest in human consciousness and the fundamental elements of being. I want to people to take time looking at the work and see something new every-time the view the work.

All my work is created using hybrid techniques, creating images on a digital device and printing unique one off silver prints. Recently Creating chemi-grams using colour analog paper and a variety of chemical to create one off abstract images. The images are created along side my interest in meditation, and I like to create images that people can spend time in front of, allowing them to experience something new every time they view the images. I am inspired by many abstract painters, artists that do not document the world but allow the audience to ponder the fundamental elements of being.
