Bridge Beardslee III is an architectural sculptor and painter who conceived a method for casting complex forms in metal. His art has been commissioned for corporations, museums, universities and private collections. He believes that art enhances our life on earth by enriching our emotional experience. Art is our salvation, he insists, the joy is in the creation. Beardslee has long been intrigued by the Golden Section, Phi or the fire of life. This is the ratio of 1:1.618 which is found universally - in our bone structure, in pine cones, shells and the galaxy itself - and gives credence to the philosophy of creation as ordered. There really is a master drummer. He has journeyed the world to experience the excitement and drama of human existence - all things seen, touched, heard, smelled and tasted. His stories are compiled in his book "Wings: A Mystical Journey". Today, he partners with his dedicated wife and photographer, Elizabeth, to bring a more advanced perspective, commensurate with a technological world, to his original pieces. Together, their desire is to lead the observer into the realm of feeling.
