Fen Freeze - Limited Edition of 20 Photograph

I was researching the flat Fenland district of East Anglia in England. This area was once home of the Celtic Iceni Tribe. It was the Queen of the Iceni, Queen Boudica, who led an uprising, defeating the invading Roman army camps and burning London to the ground in around AD 60. As I stood in temperatures of minus 4 degrees c. I could almost hear the battle cries, and imagined the fury felt by Boudica, because the Roman's had raped her two daughters. The Fens is a wild part of England in East Anglia. It is totally flat and there is nothing to stop the bitter winds. I always used the top of the range, state of the art cameras available at the time. The print is on A2 archival smooth art paper. Printed with a 11/4 inch border left and right and 1 1/2 inch border top and bottom. Signed, numbered and dated. I am best known as a documentary photographer but I have been photographing the landscape for the past forty-six years. My pricing is based on previously sold works.
