About The Artwork

This is in the small Mississippi River town of Bay City, Wisconsin. I was on another of my drives to small towns, this time my wife went along. It is always tough for me to pass up these old grain bins. This one was a good one to make a picture of because of the railroad tracks, clouds and the way the light was hitting the side of the bin. My wife said, “Is that worth stopping for?” I said, “Is it ever!” My photographs are printed using pigment based inks on matte surface textured fine art watercolor paper. This 310 gsm natural white art paper adds a painterly look to the image. If kept out of direct sunlight and in consistent normal temperature and humidity, your prints will last for many decades. ***Please allow 4 weeks for delivery,***

Recently retired from many years in sales and customer service in the custom art framing business. But I am a photographer, can't seem to get it out of my heart and head. Started taking pictures in 1973, still making them today. I am a very curious person, wondering what's around the next bend in the road.
