After a long interval, I decided to dedicate most of my time, energy and resources to photography, from 2012. I have recently joined the Camerapixo Press Team as free lance photojournalist. I am a lifestyle, portrait and fine-art photographer, Italy-born, living and working both in the Western Cape, South Africa, and Europe. I had a strong influence from humanistic photography. My photos, apart from the portraits, are unposed, not staged, and are usually part of specific story telling or a project that try to communicate to the "readers" the poetry, rather than the hardness, of life that vibrates in the images. I want to speak lightly and not with surgical precision. I love to experiment with new visual approaches, while maintaining acquired preferences. I prefer to work on my personal projects. I use film and digital photographs, printed on high quality papers. Recent published activity 1.Commended in Sony WPO 2014 for People Photography, 2.
