About The Artwork

Reprint from 8X10 glass plates The collodion process is said to have been invented in 1851, almost simultaneously, by Frederick Scott Archer and Gustave Le Gray. During the subsequent decades, many photographers and experimenters refined or varied the process. By the end of the 1850s it had almost entirely replaced the first practical photographic process, the daguerreotype.

Vlad Gansovsky's art is distinct in absolute nudity. Not really by physical sense. This is something vague. The nudity of sensuality , omnitude and sexuality . This nudity makes you wonder, sometimes takes your breath away so that looking at the art work you  almost stop breathing. The art works are always different. Colorful or white and black, tender or tough, but they are always vivid, dynamic and attractive. They touch something inside you...
